Shipping policy

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 business days.

However as we are a small business, we may get backlogged during high volume times such as Halloween and Christmas.

If you have not received your tracking number after 5 business days, feel free to contact us.

 

We ship exclusively with Aus post, these are the current delivery times they have provided.

Victoria: 2-4 business days.

Interstate: 3-6 business days.

Once the package has been shipping you will receive a tracking number which will provide an estimated delivery date.

These times may vary, especially during high volume times such as Christmas.
We are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping.

 

PRE-ORDER EVENTS

if you have pre-ordered an item, such as a monthly candle or subscription box, you will be advised of the shipping date at the time of purchase. These items are not subject to our standard dispatch times and will be shipped separately if other in stock items are purchased at the same time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the pre-ordered item has been shipped.

SHIPPING DURING SUMMER.

As our products are temperature sensitive, during summer we only ship out packages on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid the items sitting in a warehouse or truck over the weekend.

If ordering during warmer seasons, please be aware that there is a risk of your products melting slightly during shipping. We do not offer refunds for melted products as this is out of our control. If your candle has arrived slightly melted, we recommend sitting it upright, ensuring the wick is centered, until it has cool before burning as normal.
